We are currently working with significant client in the region with their search for an experienced and highly qualified HR business partner to join their vibrant and progressive Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities

This role presents you with a compelling opportunity to leverage your HR business partnering skills by supporting an impressive portfolio and impacting the business output and enhancing employee satisfaction whilst being a significant part of the team driving a technology transformation.

This is a dedicated HR advisory role where you will be involved in all aspects of strategic advisory, with the support of HR operations and administration team. The focus of his role will be to engage, guide and support senior level stakeholders, and provide the full spectrum of HR advisory and talent management strategies, independently manage complex employee relations matters as well work on various HR transformation projects.

The successful candidate has proven tenure as an experienced senior HR business partner who has acquired full spectrum generalist experience and has particular strengths in stakeholder management, employee relations and communication, coupled with recent tenure working in a pure HR advisory capacity in a highly progressive HR environment. Additional skills in Total Rewards would also be well-regarded.

Job Requirements

Ideally you will possess the following:

  • A minimum 15-18 years of HR experience including significant HR business partnering experience within the technology, professional services, financial services sectors, or MNC environment.
  • Ability to build successful relationships with senior business and HR leaders, and aligning HR strategy with business needs.
  • A track record of acting as a trusted advisor to senior management, influencing and getting buy-in, and working collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience in talent management, employee relations, and employee and client engagement.
  • Data curious and an ability to input, analyse and present HR data to senior leadership.
  • Driving people processes to ensure performance and capabilities meet current and future standards.
  • Benchmarking internal and external processes and policies to enhance business performance and employee satisfaction.
  • You should also have good commercial acumen, strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • You are a self-starter who is happy to be hands-on in all aspects of Human Resources.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment is essential to this role.
