About the role

As a Service Delivery Specialist – Duck Creek, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of critical IT applications within our portfolio. You’ll need to have Duck Creek Policy / Billing configurator experience and will collaborate with internal teams and partners, applying ITIL and SIAM practices to deliver reliable services and enable continuous improvement. This role also requires participation in the on-call support roster.

You must have experience with Duck Creek technology to apply. 

What you'll do

Configure Duck Creek Policy and Billing applications to meet business needs and maintain quality standards.

Act as the Duck Creek Tech lead to investigate, troubleshoot application issues and implement solution in collaboration with Operations, Platform and Vendor teams.

Collaborate with architects and project teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals.

Facilitate Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes to ensure operational stability.

Monitor service performance, track SLAs, and drive continual improvement initiatives across systems.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and partner teams to deliver seamless service outcomes.

What you'll bring 

Previous hands-on experience in Duck Creek configuration (Policy/Billing modules) and troubleshooting integrations (mandatory) – Min 3 years of experience is preferred

Understanding of ITIL and ITSM frameworks, with experience in Incident, Change, and Problem Management

Proficiency in ServiceNow and data analysis for reporting and operational insights

Ability to manage operational risk, security compliance, and vulnerability management
