About the Role
Responsibilities include:
Energetically recruit, develop, lead, and retain a diverse team of consultants supporting Workday’s Human Capital Management, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking and/or Finance products.
Promote a team-oriented, ambitious, and innovative work environment while maintaining and continuously improving the consultant onboarding, performance management, and career development process.
Collaborate with Resource Management, Sales, and Engagement Managers to effectively staff engagements and build the skills vital to Workday consultants.
Drive team and individuals to provide the best customer satisfaction in the industry to deliver on customer satisfaction, references, revenue utilization, and margin objectives.
Become knowledgeable in the Workday product, methodology, and customer requirements by actively providing consulting services and working closely with the project teams.
Ensure the consultants are adhering to the activities, processes, and procedures outlined in Workday's Implementation Methodology.
Contribute to the strategic direction of the organization through leading and participating in internal initiatives.
About You

The ideal candidate will have a mix of product/program management, Finance, HR or Payroll consulting, deep domain expertise in Finance, HR, Payroll and people management skills with a strong working knowledge of professional services as it relates to enterprise software. Requirements include:
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of functional experience (domain experience) with Human Capital Management, Payroll, or Financials
5+ years of experience leading consulting teams as a people manager and/or leading an implementation team working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar cloud based applications.
Experience implementing or working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, Taleo, PeopleSoft, ADP, UKG or similar applications.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English
