About Health2Wealth
We are a non-profit association based in Switzerland dedicated to building a community and a movement around preventive health and the understanding that true wealth begins with health.
Our goals:
Increase the average healthspan in Switzerland from 71 to at least 76 years, so that all of us living in Switzerland do not need to spend on average 13 years of our lives with chronic or serious illnesses.
Support people in Switzerland to plan and invest in both health and wealth across their lifetime - empowering them to afford their later years (Wealthspan). Already today, many in Switzerland can not afford to live long and healthy lives.
Increase understanding and awareness of Women's Health (as our system does not offer gender specific healthcare).
To achieve this, we are building a movement supported by gender-specific, science-based awareness campaigns, education, communities, expert networks - and you.
We bring together individuals, experts, and forward-thinking organizations in Switzerland to drive meaningful change in health awareness and education. Our initiatives include several monthly online and physical events, publishing trusted health content from our experts, and fostering meaningful interactions through our social media channels.
Our ambitions are bold.
We aim to scale rapidly with a senior, passionate team - leveraging technology and AI wherever possible - to create and grow a movement for a lasting impact on the awareness and education of preventive health - to the benefit of everyone.
Our impact in our first 9 months (2025):
- 13 events launched
- 400+ registrations
- 1,500+ people reached through event invitations within 9 months

Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and organised Social Media Manager and Content Creator
for building, managing, and growing Health2Wealth Association's digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and podcast platforms.
The role focuses on creating high-quality, engaging content and fostering daily interaction with our community around gender specific preventive health, wellbeing, and financial security.
This position plays a key role in translating our mission into impactful digital storytelling that educates, inspires, and connects our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media content strategy aligned with Health2Wealth's mission
- Create original content (posts, reels, short videos, carousels, long-form videos) for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and podcast platforms
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and publishing across all platforms
- Actively engage with the community through comments, messages, and discussions
- Monitor trends in health, wellness, and digital media to keep content relevant and innovative
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to highlight events, initiatives, and campaigns
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement and reach
- Represent Health2Wealth as an ambassador, engaging new community members, partners, and event participants.
Your Profile
- Willing to volunteer without salary to support a meaningful cause
- Experience managing social media accounts for brands, organizations, or communities
- Strong content creation skills (copywriting, basic design, video editing)
- Experience in podcast production
- Fluent in English and German (French is an asset)
- Solid understanding of platform-specific best practices (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
- Experience with analytics tools and content scheduling platforms
- Passion for health, wellbeing, education, and positive lifestyle impact
- Previous experience in health promotion is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and community-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently, remotely and manage daily content workflows
- Based in German-speaking Switzerland, ideally in the Zurich area
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a reliable team player
