Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers, designers, and other specialists.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the squad.
- Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Use metrics and data‑driven insights to improve team performance and product delivery.
- Ensure best practices in software development, testing, and deployment are followed.
- Encourage continuous learning and knowledge sharing among team members.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project status and challenges.
- Foster strong relationships with other squads and departments to ensure alignment and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Experience managing cross‑functional teams and delivering complex projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software development technologies.
- Experience with tools such as ADO and other Agile practices.
