Genaral :
This role is responsible for preparation of financial reports, income tax, Sales and Service tax, statutory reporting which need to comply with different government agencies.Responsible for supporting our treasury, tax, operation, legal, IT for financial and other admin tasks. Accountabilities:
Review all the accounting entry and ensure that high quality month end closing to ensure completeness, accuracy and integrity of accounting data in SAP and OneStream. Review monthly reports and quarterly SEC / SFAS reporting package prepared by our Shared Service Center.Review and perform monthly management accounts to comply with US GAAP SOX requirements.Working closely with traders and provide accounting results to traders via pre-close and after-close meetings.Support Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and other functions by providing the necessary accounting data.Preparation of Sales and Services Tax on a Bi-monthly basis and liaise with our auditor for yearly statutory accounts and other local/ statutory reports requirements. Requirement:
Degree in Business/ Accounting or professional accounting qualification with more than 5 years working experience in Financial Accounting, preferably Commodity Accounting with hands-on experience.Good communication skills, ability to interact well and communicate with all levels of staff, including senior management.Knowledge in US GAAP is an advantagePreferable to have SAP or OneStream experiencePreferable to be from Agribusiness industryProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Experience working with Shared Service Center would also be highly appreciated.
