Your new role

Guiding and mentoring the team responsible for coordinating Finance and Asset Management processes.

Rolling out globally standardised business processes in Finance and addressing specific legal or business needs.

Participating in global projects and driving continuous process improvements in collaboration with the Global Process Coordination team and regional stakeholders.

Leading and coordinating the implementation of standard processes across all regional companies.

Supporting the global implementation of S/HANA for Finance and Asset Management.

What you'll need to succeed

Expertise in the SAP FI module and asset management, including knowledge of SAP customisation.

8 to 14 years of experience in a multinational corporate environment, with at least 5 years of team management experience.

Strong knowledge of process analysis, process management, and governance.

Experience in international projects and intercultural cooperation.
