Sr Solution Manager
Job Description
The Sr Solution Manager is responsible to align Power, Thermal & Monitoring system into Vertiv unique data center facility integration solution.
Job Responsibilities
- Be responsible to align Power, Thermal & Monitoring system into Vertiv unique data center facility integration solution.
- Engage with customer as Data Center Integration Solution Architect to promote Vertiv solution value and best practice.
- Work together as a team with CTS, LTS, Product, Sales & BDM to support and engage for customer in SEA, PK, JP & KR.
- Analyze, clarify and identify customer real requirements on data center facility requirement.
- Understand and identify the requester's requirements and assess the suitability of Data Center Solution & Product as per the required parameters.
- Plan and design the architecture of the data center integration solution and responsible for building product competitiveness solution with the team.
- Working with professional team to present solution and influence spec in to internal and external senior stakeholders
- Work as a team on leading risk management by identifying, proposing, and implementing the resolutions to ensure strict safety and compliance standards are met.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 to 8+ years' experience in data center integration or turnkey solution, familiar with data center bidding process, related standards, design principle, project management, Integration System Test etc.
- 5+ years of technical sales experience with Thermal Solution, UPS, Switchgear, and software technologies like DCIM, or EMS, or cloud/SaaS, or AI, or edge computing solutions, or analytics software packages and surveillant security.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in BMS, DCIM, SCADA, EMS Application and hands on environment are added advantage.
- Prefer Professional certifications such as ATD (Accredited Tier Designer by UPTIME Institute, CDCP (Certified Data Centre Professional)
- This is a customer-facing role with a strong focus to meet and exceed customers' technical system and solution demands
