The department is responsible for a wide range of activities, including managing one of the largest senior-focused platforms in the industry, the "Rakuten Senior" app and web services, the health media platform "Raku-Ken," large-scale senior events, and collaborative projects with national and local governments.

You will be responsible for overall business strategy operations at Rakuten Senior.
Job Details
- Planning and execution of business strategies to increase the number of users of Rakuten Senior's application and health media “Raku Ken”, etc.
- Planning and execution of measures to strengthen the foundation of existing functions and contents
- Measuring the effectiveness of implemented plans and preparing reports

- Collaborate with the team and related departments to formulate strategies and implement plans in line with the business situation
- Formulate product strategies and propose measures, and support implementation
Scope of responsibility
- Review and implementation of business plans
- Measure the effectiveness of planning and propose improvements
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Experience in project management (more than 3 years)
- Experience in strategic planning and business planning
- Business level Japanese or above
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook functions (Lookup, CountIF, SUMIF, etc.), experience using basic Excel tools such as Pivot
Desired Qualifications:
- Business experience through interaction with seniors
- Logical thinking and planning skills
- Flexible communication, negotiation and bargaining skills internally and externally
- Ability to respond flexibly to changes in the environment and coordinate with all parties involved to reach a self-directed solution
- Business English
