As part of our exciting operating model, we have an opportunity for a new Family Technical Coach to join our team.

Te Haeata/The Opportunity
As a Family Technical Coach, you'll play a key role in enabling our people to succeed through delivery of nationally consistent technical coaching to the highest standard, reflecting best practice, including:
* Delivery across a range of coaching activities (‘in the moment', One-on-One, small group and remote coaching).
* Providing face-to-face, remote, and digital coaching support
* Post-course coaching support, with milestones and competency-based skill checks and check-ins.
* Identification, planning and monitoring of technical coaching and training activities using competency tools, reporting and learning plans created by managers in Thrive and PDPs.
* Supporting the development of resources for managers and staff.
* Assisting with the development of structure, policy, processes and support mechanisms that will achieve the best results for coaching in the workplace.
* Critical analysis of data and reporting requirements.
Technical Coaches are assigned to different OSD business groups based on jurisdictional knowledge and/or skill specialty, and also as part of a national pool that enables coaching demands to be met anywhere in the country, including our smaller Courts and offices. Activities delivered will reflect the different tools and delivery methods, systems and processes, used by different OSD business groups e.g. Knowledge Base, Thrive, Competency tools, induction activities, buddying, learning events and upskilling training, etc. Some travel will be required.
As part of the OSD Learning Delivery team, Technical Coaches will work collaboratively with learning designers and trainers to ensure consistency in learning products, delivery experiences and seamless support for learning.
