As (Senior) Technical Consultant at SITS | Traxion, you will play a crucial role in setting up identity management systems. You will work closely with our Business Consultants, Developers and Services team to translate client requirements into technical solutions and implement and configure IGA solutions, ensuring the security of our client's data.

Central responsibilities include:

• Requirements analysis & design: lead or actively contribute towards client's requirements analysis and provide IGA solution designs best suited for their needs
• Implementation & configuration: implement IGA solutions, including integrations between different components of the solution
• Technical guidance: providing subject matter expertise on IGA-topics, including conducting training sessions and workshops for the client
• Documentation: create and maintain IGA solutions and processes documentation
• Presales: support our sales team with technical conversations and negotiations during the RFP phase
• Mentoring: coaching of less experienced colleagues, being proactive in knowledge sharing within the team
• Self-development: stay up to date with the latest developments in the field (including obtaining relevant field and vendor certifications i.e. SailPoint, Omada, Azure AD)

What you’ll bring to the team

In terms of experience, we’re ideally looking for someone who meets the criteria listed below. However, if you have a gap in your knowledge but believe you’re the right person for the role, we welcome your application.

• Ample experience in: liaising with clients (preferably as consultant), translating requirements into technical solutions and designs, managing complex IT projects and working with databases (SQL), or knowledge of IAM practices and technologies
• Bachelor's or Master's degree IT/Security or equivalent work experience
• Critical-thinking, self-organizing, proactive, quality-driven approach
• Strong communication skills in English, as well as Dutch or French
• Already live in and hold a valid permit to work in Belgium
• Must have a valid EU Driver’s License
• Bonus : hands-on experience with IAM vendors (i.e. Omada, SailPoint, Azure AD)
• Bonus : Certified in CompTIA Security+, MS-Azure or an IGA vendor certification (otherwise we will get you certified!)
• Bonus : scripting / programming experience (i.e. PowerShell, Bash script, Python, C# or Java)
