About the Role

We are looking for Program Implementation Manager to join our growing team. This role is the perfect blend of people leadership, client management and onboarding new clients as we expand our customer base. You are a leader and coach - lead with empathy, inspire your team, elevate them and bring them on the journey with you. Lead with a curious mindset and solve problems by thinking differently as you assist the team with organization, prioritization, process creation/improvement and client interaction.

A successful candidate will help ensure metrics are accurate, have an eye for change and improvement, and will celebrate team wins. You will gain experience working with HiredScore’s executive team, development and product teams, client success teams, and our client’s senior leadership. Responsibilities:

  • Build and empower a distributed team of Project Implementation Managers - Hiring, Training, Mentorship and development of new members

  • Lead a team of Project Implementation Managers while acting as a subject matter expert on HiredScore products and point of contact for all implementation processes and escalations of your team

  • Support and guide the team in day-to-day operations, client interactions, attending client calls when needed

  • Understand clients' needs, and current workflows to design a HiredScore implementation plan to address those needs, and offer creative solutions to implementations

  • Close coordination with internal teams to address potential issues and risks

  • Working closely with Customer Success to ensure a successful transition of the accounts from the sales period to the launch, training, post-launch, and adoption period

  • About You

    Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience leading a team of Technical Project Managers/ Implementation Managers/ Professional Services Managers including hands-on configuration with various configuration tools and a strong ability to execute technical tasks

  • 4+ years experience with external client-facing of global enterprise

  • 3 years experience Technical Configuration of using XML or YML files or Self Service tools

  • 2 years experience working with enterprise clients in a global environment, selling and delivering SAAS products

  • 1 year experience with Query from SQL/NoSQL databases

  • Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change. Must be resilient in the face of constraints, frustrations, or adversity

  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in English

  • Other Qualifications

  • Industry knowledge of HR Tech Industry

  • Familiarity with ticket and knowledge management tools such as JIRA & Confluence
