Description

・Test strategy development, test planning, test case design, test execution, test result analysis, and test reporting.

・Promotion of test automation.

・Test team management and member training.
・Collaboration and communication with development team.

・Researching and evaluating the latest testing technologies for potential adoption.

Rakuten Mobile services themselves are relatively new within Rakuten, so even the most senior members have only been with the company for around five years or so. Our team members come from diverse backgrounds, including the telecommunications industry, manufacturing, trading companies, and startups.

Work Environment

Department: Approximately 200 members

Section/Team: Approximately 65 members

Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Retail, New Graduates, etc.

Mandatory Qualifications:

・3+ years of software development or software testing experience.

・Experience in test design, test case creation, test execution, and test result analysis.

・Experience using test automation tools.

・Knowledge of test design methodologies.

・Strong communication skills for teamwork.

・Problem-solving skills.

・Sense of responsibility and a strong desire to learn.

Desired Qualifications:

・Experience as a test lead.

・Experience building test automation frameworks.

・Experience with Agile development.

・English language proficiency (ability to read technical documentation and converse).

・Development experience.

・Knowledge of various development languages and tools.
