Job Description

**The Role:**

We are seeking a motivated ** Sales Rep/Manager** with a strong background in sales, business development, and technical knowledge of security and technology systems. This role will focus on building and maintaining key customer portfolios while driving growth across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will excel in client relationship management, competitive pricing, and delivering tailored security solutions, including Access Control, CCTV, Video Management, and Intercom systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Remotely: Work from Home

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

  • Prepare system designs and compile project tenders/quotations based on client specifications and site surveys.

  • Provide detailed tender/quotation submissions, including equipment schedules, designs, and labor estimates.

  • Collaborate with clients and perform site visits to gather information critical to system design and project execution.

  • Support the sales team by presenting technical information during client meetings and tender reviews.

  • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best pricing and optimal solutions for customer projects.

  • Ensure compliance with Click Security's Quality Assurance processes.

  • Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and enhancing existing services.

  • Regularly collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and strategic tender submissions and pricing.

  • Attend monthly sales meetings to discuss ongoing projects, customer feedback, and areas for improvement.

**Essential Skills and Experience:**

  • In-depth knowledge of security products, including Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, and Intrusion systems.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in contract risk identification and management.

  • Proven track record in business development and portfolio management.

  • Ability to manage customer expectations and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Experience in delivering productivity improvements and process optimizations.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel for site visits when required.

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders and pricing submissions simultaneously.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in accounting or related sectors.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of security solutions is a plus.

  • Fluent English Spoken is Mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
