What You’ll Do:
- Run virtual consultations with leads who are actively seeking insurance information
- Follow our fully scripted presentation designed to convert appointments into policies
- Offer tailored life insurance solutions (including mortgage protection, final expense, etc.)
- Submit e-applications and follow up on pending business
- Maintain CRM activity and client communication
- Plug into ongoing training, leadership calls, and team meetings
What We’re Looking For:
- Active life insurance license (required)
- Proven experience in insurance sales preferred
- Strong communicator who can follow a script with confidence
- Goal-driven, coachable, and accountable in a remote work environment
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and CRMs
Compensation:
- Commission-only with uncapped earnings
- Average agents earn $120,000+ annually
- Monthly bonus programs and incentive trips
