*100-200名の事業所人事責任者(採用、研修、人事制度企画・運用、労働組合対応等)

・配属事業所(東京)が抱えている人事に関する課題を洗い出し、より良い環境になるように周りを巻き込みながら提案。

・これまでの人事経験を活かして、裁量権を持って、自由度が高く、取り組める環境があります。



Mission:

In charge of: Quality of life at work within the Legal Entity / Site Workforce productivity and competitiveness increase in perimeter Supporting social climate within the Legal Entity / Site The strict application of the internal rules and applicable laws Supporting mergers & acquisitions projects if any



Responsibilities:

Prepare and organize meetings with the representative unions and works council

- Prepares and Participates in Unions meetings- Replaces Site HR manager (absence, special or general delegation) for all Employee relations actions & meetings



Advice on HR and ER topics

Assist the HRD in leading meetings with the social partners and negotiate in order to reach an agreement.

Set up the various annual deadlines with the representative unions :employee representative committee, Health & Hygiene Committee, safety, work conditions, staff representatives.

Follow up of proceedings records with the representative unions.

Support and contact for operational teams relating to rules.

Support on the pre-contentious



Supporting merger and acquisition projects bringing a legal and HR expertise

During the due diligence phaseBefore closingFor further integration in the Group

Promotes and supports well-being at work initiatives, directly derived from the results of the Employee Feedback Surveys Contributes to generate innovative initiatives in employee relations.

年収 800万円 〜 1,200万円

・日本語ビジネスレベル以上

・英語ビジネスレベル以上(英文レジュメ必須)

(日本語が中心ですが、日本語が話せない外国籍社員との会話で英語が必要です)

・Word, Excel or PowerPoint必須
