Warehouse Supervisor at Ubi

Position : Warehouse Supervisor (Full-Time)

Location: Ubi

Salary : $3,000 – $4,500 (depending on experience)

Working Hours :

• Monday to Friday : 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Alternate Saturday : 9:00am – 1:00pm

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure work processes run efficiently
• Guide and support a team of around nine members (including drivers, administrative staff, and warehouse assistants)
• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch arrangements
• Maintain stock accuracy and ensure proper usage of warehouse systems
• Work with the management team to review and enhance workflow processes
• Support both retail and online order fulfilment in an omni-channel environment
• Provide hands-on operational support when required

Requirements :

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Experience working in multiple product brand environments is an added advantage
• Good leadership, communication, and team-coordination skills
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with internal team members
• Familiar with warehouse or inventory systems (e.g., WMS, SAP, or similar)
• Physically fit and comfortable with basic manual tasks
• Stable employment background preferred
• Experience supporting e-commerce fulfilment is beneficial
• Possesses a Class 3 driving licence
