About the Role
We are seeking a
Website Designer / Developer
with solid experience in
Webflow
and
Figma
, a keen eye for
user experience
, and a passion for building clean, modern, and high-performing websites. You'll be responsible for owning and managing the company's website, ensuring it is visually appealing, well-structured, and optimised for both user experience and performance.
This role offers long-term growth potential. Over time, you will have the opportunity to expand your skills into
digital marketing
– particularly in
Google Ads
,
Meta Ads
, and conversion tracking – with full support and training provided.
Key Responsibilities
Website Design & Management
- Design and build responsive, high-quality website pages using
Webflow - Collaborate with internal teams using
Figma
for wireframes and visual concepts - Ensure strong user experience across desktop and mobile
- Maintain and update website content in line with brand and design standards
- Continuously optimise the website's performance, load speed, and SEO best practices
Growth Path: Digital Marketing (Training Provided)
- Over time, learn how to:
- Set up and run basic
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads
campaigns - Implement
conversion tracking
using Google Analytics and Tag Manager - Test and improve campaign landing pages and ad performance
Requirements
Must-Have Experience
- 2+ years working with
Webflow
(portfolio or examples required) - Proficient in
Figma
for UX/UI collaboration and design mockups - Solid understanding of website structure, basic SEO, and performance optimisation
- Eye for detail, design consistency, and intuitive user flow
Nice to Have (or Willingness to Learn)
- Basic understanding of Google Ads or Meta Ads
- Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM)
