The FMCG Customer Strategy Department operates multiple shops on Rakuten Ichiba, including "Rakuten 24," a direct-to-consumer service for fast-moving consumer goods.
Rakuten 24 is a unique position where Rakuten itself operates as a first-party model store within Rakuten Ichiba, allowing employees to gain experience as a business company while remaining in-house.

Our department contributes to the business by handling UI/UX improvements, web page production, data analysis, and marketing.
Beyond processes such as advertising sales, driving traffic to store pages through events, and delivering creative assets, you can improve your skills through the entire business, from product procurement to sales, page production, shipping, logistics, and UX confirmation until the product reaches the customer.

As a Web Producer, you will be responsible for developing and executing "storefront" strategies for each product category in collaboration with buyers, starting from customer analysis based on purchase data and qualitative research. This will apply to EC sites, including "Rakuten 24" on Rakuten Ichiba. You will comprehensively handle everything from planning based on user insights, leading the execution phase (project management), to evaluating the effectiveness of measures and planning improvements, aiming to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth.

Specific Job Responsibilities
- Customer Data Analysis and Insight Extraction:
Identify customer insights based on purchase data, access data, user behavior data, and qualitative research (surveys, interviews, etc.).
Discover issues and identify opportunities through category-specific and customer segment-specific analysis.
- Data-Driven Planning:
Based on the analysis results, market trends, and competitive landscape, formulate sales strategies, promotion strategies, and website improvement plans for each category.
Collaborate with buyers to materialize product lineups, pricing strategies, and campaign details.
- Leading the Execution Phase of Each Project (Project Management):
Develop execution plans for proposed projects, manage schedules, and adjust resources.
