Website & Brand Development Management Freelancer
who will help us build a cohesive, accessible, and inspiring online platform that reflects the heart of our work.
This role will play a key part in:
Showcasing our programs and community impact
Strengthening our brand identity
Improving how we engage with partners, donors, and beneficiaries
Ensuring our digital presence aligns with our pillars of equality, education, and sustainability
About the role:
We're seeking a highly skilled
Website & Brand Development Management Freelancer
to lead the creation, refinement, and ongoing management of our digital brand presence for MTF and associated projects. This role is ideal for someone who blends creative direction with strong project management and has hands‑on experience using
Looka
for brand identity and website development.
You'll collaborate closely with leadership to build a cohesive brand identity and a polished, user‑friendly website that reflects our mission and supports long‑term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development & Identity
• Develop or refine brand identity elements (logo, color palette, typography, tone).
• Use
Looka's Brand Kit
to create and manage brand assets.
• Create or update brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Conduct brand audits and propose improvements aligned with business goals.
• Shape brand messaging and storytelling for digital channels.
Website Strategy & Management
• Lead the full website development lifecycle: planning, design, build, launch.
• Build and manage websites using
Looka's Website Builder
, ensuring brand alignment.
• Create site maps, content structures, and user‑journey flows.
• Oversee UX/UI design to ensure a clean, intuitive, and visually aligned experience.
• Manage external designers, developers, or content creators as needed.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO‑friendly structure.
• Coordinate hosting, domain setup, and platform management (Looka, WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Shopify, etc.).
Content Development
• Draft or refine website copy aligned with brand voice and strategic messaging.
• Source or direct the creation of images, graphics, and multimedia.
• Ensure all content is optimized for clarity, engagement, and search visibility.
Digital Asset Management
• Organize and maintain brand assets (logos, templates, images, fonts).
• Use Looka's asset library to create reusable templates for social media and marketing.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Project & Stakeholder Coordination
• Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations clearly.
• Coordinate revisions, approvals, and quality assurance checks.
• Manage budgets for design, development, and digital tools.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
• Track website analytics and user behavior.
• Recommend improvements based on data insights.
• Conduct periodic brand and website audits.
• Implement updates to improve performance and user experience.
Skills & Competencies:
Technical & Creative
• Proven experience using Looka for brand identity creation and website development.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and digital identity.
• Experience with website builders and CMS platforms.
• Basic UX/UI design literacy.
• SEO fundamentals.
• Graphic design proficiency (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma preferred).
• Strong writing and editing skills.
Project Management
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented with strong quality‑control instincts.
Strategic & Analytical
• Ability to translate business goals into a digital brand strategy.
• Understanding of customer journeys and digital marketing funnels.
• Data‑driven decision‑making using analytics tools.
• Analytical and meticulous, consistently delivering outputs that align with communicated expectations.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience with

• Portfolio showcasing website projects and brand identity work.
• Experience working with small businesses, startups, or agencies is a plus.
• Certifications in UX/UI, SEO, or digital marketing are advantageous but not required.
