As a Website Tester, you will play a key role in ensuring that websites function smoothly, are user-friendly, and meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct systematic testing of websites to identify bugs, glitches, or design inconsistencies.
Report and document issues clearly with screenshots, detailed descriptions, and reproducible steps.
Evaluate website usability, accessibility, and performance from a user is perspective.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure issues are addressed promptly.
Test website functionality across different browsers, devices, and operating systems.
Provide constructive feedback to improve user experience and website performance.
Follow standard testing protocols and maintain testing records accurately. Required Skills and Qualifications Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, Java Script is a plus but not mandatory).
Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and testing guidelines precisely.
Familiarity with common web browsers and mobile devices.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Experience No prior professional experience required; this role is open to students and beginners.
Previous exposure to websites or digital tools is an advantage but not mandatory. Working Hours Flexible working hours, allowing you to manage work alongside studies or other commitments.
