We look forward to hearing from you!</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Job Title: Workday Functional Implementer<br /> Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore & Pune, India ( 3 Days WFO Hybrid)<br /> Employment Type: Full-time / Contract<br /> Pay Range: 25-28 Lac</b></p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Mandatory Skills</b></p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">5+ years' experience in Workday Core HCM & Security Ecosystem both Technical & from a Strategic standpoint.<br /> Excellent Stakeholder-Vendor Management & Communication Skills with a proven track record.<br /> Minimum 3-4 End to End Implementation Experience.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"> Leading and Managing from Pre Design to Hypercare Phases of the Implementation involving Estimation, Driving Design Workshop, Configuration, Testing, Deployment etc.<br /> Core HCM & Security Environment Implementation and Optimization :Drive Workday Core HCM & Security ensuring successful implementation and alignment with client business requirements.<br /> Provide Subject Matter Expertise to tailor to clients' business scenarios and needs as well as help Internal team for any critical/complex issues<br /> Stakeholder Management :Lead and handle the Discussions involving Internal ,External Stakeholder,3rd Party Vendors, Legacy Systems.<br /> Integration: Partner with the integration team to brainstorm and execute effective ways to integrate third-party applications with Workday.<br /> Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing enhancement opportunities for existing and new engagements.<br /> Peer Review & Training: Conduct peer reviews, manage, train, and groom junior consultants to build a high-performing team.<br /> Should have experience in working on WD Release features.
