One of measures strengthening IP function
職務内容：
知財を巡る紛争および訴訟への対応
契約およびその交渉に際しての知財面からの支援
Description of Work:
* Support and consultation to R&D projects in IP perspective
* IP support to sealing contracts including license agreement and those negotiation 応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験：
・特許の紛争および訴訟手続き経験者［5年］
・海外における上記経験あればなおよし
Desired Experience:
* Work experience in patent dispute and litigation at least 5 years
* Experiences in global dispute or litigation is preferable
求めるスキル・知識・能力：
・科学技術系の学士歴
・企業知財部経験あればなおよし
Desired Skills/Knowledge/Abilities：
* At least a bacheler's degree [including master's or doctor's degree] in science and technology field
* Work experience in IP function in company is preferable
求める行動特性：
・関係者を巻き込みながら、知財紛争の解決策を導き出そうとする行動特性
・チャレンジングな目標を設定し、成果を出すための当事者意識と責任をもって目標達成にコミットする
Desired Competencies:
*Behavior to endeavor to establish a solution in IP disutes and litigation by letting various internal and external steakholders be involved in
*Behavior to commit a preestablished aggressive target by demonstrating ownership and accountability
求める資格：
・英語でのコミュニケーション能力（TOEIC830点以上）
・弁理士または弁護士資格あればなおよし
Desired Qualifications:
* Capability to communicate in English [at least score 830 in TOEIC estimation]
* Qualified patent attorney or attorney at law is preferable
